Sonora Behavioral Health – Phase 1 Construction Begins!

Posted: December 4, 2015

Perry Engineering is pleased to announce the start of the Phase 1 construction for the Sonora Behavioral Health expansion project. Located at the NE corner of Corona and Rudasill Roads, the project improvements center around the addition of a new 28,000 sf building to complement the existing 36,000 sf structure. The new building will be constructed over the existing west parking lot, approximately 10 ft. from the existing building creating a landscaped outside corridor. The site will be developed in two phases.

Phase 1 is moving forward and includes underground piped detention and retention runoff storage under a new additional parking lot, utility upgrades, new six inch sewer and a new water main to replace that which currently is in the way of the new building.
