Perry Engineering’s Presence in Southeast Arizona

Posted: May 22, 2020

Arizona has always been known as a “boom and bust” state, keeping many investors away. Following the COVID-19 pandemic, economic disruption is inevitable. However, we are hopeful that Arizona’s attractive climate, pro-business environment, and strong population and employment growth will continue to make this state one of the most attractive markets for capital investment. Specifically, Southeast Arizona and its rural communities still have abundant land ripe for development.

Perry Engineering is familiar with the development processes and requirements of Southeast Arizona jurisdictions. Since its founding in 2012, Perry Engineering has successfully completed dozens of projects in Cochise County and the surrounding area, from design phase through construction phase. Currently, our firm is working on roadway improvements for the City of Sierra Vista; renovations to the former Nogales home of Gov. Raul Castro on behalf on the University of Arizona; improvements at the Inde Motorsports Ranch in Willcox; Plaza de Colibri in Sierra Vista; and was recently selected to be part of the on-call planning team for the Sierra Vista Metropolitan Planning Organization. In the past, our firm has completed design and survey services for Head Start Facilities in Bisbee and Douglas; the Nogales Unified School District; Culver’s in Sierra Vista; classroom additions and site improvements on behalf of Cochise College; Arizona Street in Bisbee; the Mariposa North Industrial Park in Nogales; and Chiricahua Pediatric Centers in Bisbee and Douglas.

Perry Engineering looks forward to continuing its work in Southeast Arizona!
